DO IT YOURSELF CONSULTATION
If you're a do it yourselfer, the DIY Consultation may be the perfect service for you. During our time together, we will evaluate your home and discuss action items for a successful sale.
Accessories and accent pieces will be shown as visual examples of the style of items you can use to successfully update and stage your home. We will show you how to rearrange your furnishings and declutter your spaces. Our goal is to help you improve the impression you give to potential buyers and generate the most interest in your home. We want to give you the knowledge and tools you need to help your agent negotiate the best price possible for you.
You will receive a color consultation as well as recommendations for small improvements that have been shown to increase your sale price and set you up for a quick sale.
A written report will be provided along with a shopping list and vendor recommendations for completing repairs and cosmetic fixes.
The DIY Consultation is priced at $800.
Full Staging Day
We will roll up our sleeves and expertly manipulate what you already own to transform your rooms in a way that will highlight the best your home has to offer.
Prior to your staging day, you will receive a color consultation and recommendations for small improvements that have been shown to increase your price and set you up for a quick sale.
We will arrive on staging day and work together to rearrange your furnishings and help you declutter your spaces.
We include professional photographs and a virtual tour designed to WOW online buyers into scheduling an in-person viewing.
Our goal for your transformed home is to generate the most interest from buyers, helping your agent negotiate the best sale price possible for you.
The Full Staging Day is priced at $1500.
This option is offered as an add-on to your purchase of a Full Staging Day. Once we have created a beautiful flow in each room, we will modernize your home, turning it into a picture perfect showplace with our stunning accent furnishings and accessories.
During our initial consultation, we will work together to determine which of your items should be replaced with our updated pieces. The accessories and accents you might expect from us include occasional tables, nightstands, artwork, mirrors, plants, pillows, linens, lighting and decor.
Our stuff + your stuff rearranged = breathtaking photographs designed to generate the most interest in your home and grab more potential buyers.
We want to drive your sale price as high as possible!
Accessories and Accent Furniture Rental pricing starts at $1500 for 30 days, and $300/week thereafter.
